Medical Office Receptionist

Experience: 1yr as a previous medical receptionist or in a similar role within a medical office is preferred but not necessary.
Security and Safety: Criminal Record Check may be requested
Work Conditions and Physical capabilities: Fast Paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, sitting, standing, walking.
Personal Suitability: We are looking for an individual whom is flexible, a team player who is able to multitask, has excellent written and oral communication, Professional and compassionate and whom is reliable and punctual and thrives in a busy environment. Previous experience with PS Suite EMR is an asset.
Our receptionists preform a mix of reception tasks including but not limited to greeting patients, verifying patient information, answering incoming telephone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems, billing and receiving payments as well as other various clerical duties.
Our receptionists will also assist physicians with taking patient measurements, cleaning and sanitizing rooms, stock and replenish supplies and assist physicians with exams as needed
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
