Job Overview

Premier is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Press Helper Operator to join our pressroom team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience is an asset, but we will train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load paper into the press
  • Fill ink fountains as required
  • Load printing plates
  • Gather and organize press supplies to support efficient press operation
  • Monitor paper flow and watch for jams or issues
  • Assist the Press Operator with cleaning press cylinders and plate removal
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards and company policies

What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and job dockets
  • Comfortable working with machinery and equipment
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • Detail-oriented and consistent with repetitive tasks
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs and handling paper sheets up to 28" x 40"

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
