**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reception of the order; work analysis; verification of raw material and availability of accessories and tooling.
- Maintain print quality from start to finish and follow the press schedule
- Completion of all paper work (press reports, sample and PM checklist are a top priority)
- Maintain the press in good working condition
- Work safely following all safety rules

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum one to 2 years’ experience as a Press Helper/Operator on a flexographic press or other printing press would be an asset
- Organized and Detail oriented.
- Must be able to follow SOP’s.
- Ability to meet production requirements and deadlines

**PERSONAL/PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES**:

- Positive learning attitude
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Troubleshooting & problem solving skills.
- Stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Concentration and attention to detail for long periods of time
- Moderate lifting (approx 50 lbs)

**Salary**: $13.50-$18.50 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

COVID-19 considerations:
Common surfaces are disinfected regularly.

**Experience**:

- Machine Operator: 1 year (preferred)
