**Shifts**:
Days: Sunday to Tuesday 6:30 am - 6:30 pm

Nights: Wednesday to Friday 6:30 pm - 6:30 am

**General Job Description**:
The Press Operator is responsible for day to day operations and maintaining of the press machines. The Press Operator reports directly to Press Department Manager. Follow all safety procedures, understand all safety equipment and adhere to the company policies.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- Operate and maintain multi-color press machines efficiently and safely.
- Follow electronic schedules and docket information to ensure accurate production.
- Troubleshoot printing issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Produce high-quality, multi-color prints on various substrates.
- Collaborate effectively with press assistants to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform daily and bi-weekly maintenance of press machinery.
- Assist with press area cleanup at the end of shifts.
- Adhere to all department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Report to work on time for all scheduled shifts.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Press Department Manager.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
- Basic mechanical aptitude is an asset
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Positive work ethic and solid attendance record
- Physical ability to lift up to 25lbs

**EDUCATION, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE**:

- High School Diploma or Level 12 G.E.D.
- 2 to 4 years of Press Operator experience required
- Experience on a 10C Press is considered an asset
- Knowledge of measuring systems

Pay: $17.51-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.5 per week
