Receptionist
We are looking to fill a position for a receptionist. We need a responsible individual with a winning attitude. Must be efficient, work well with others and have good phone manners. This position is a permanent part time role with flexible hours. Successful candidates can expect between 15 and 20 hours a week, candidates must have weekend availability in order to be considered.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business and directs to the appropriate destination
  • Obtain and process information required in order to provide services
  • Operate switchboard and telephone system by answering, screening and forwarding phone calls
  • Record and relay information
  • Data entry and emails
  • Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education And/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication
