Receptionist  We are looking to fill a position for a receptionist. We need a responsible individual with a winning attitude. Must be efficient, work well with others and have good phone manners. This position is a permanent part time role with flexible hours. Successful candidates can expect between 15 and 20 hours a week, candidates must have weekend availability in order to be considered. Job Responsibilities Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business and directs to the appropriate destination Obtain and process information required in order to provide services  Operate switchboard and telephone system by answering, screening and forwarding phone calls  Record and relay information Data entry and emails Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area Performs other duties as assigned Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
