The Vine Luxury Spa is currently looking for an amazing spa receptionist to join our team. We're searching for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in reception, who can bring a warm and welcoming vibe to our spa. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, so excellent communication skills are a must.

We're seeking someone with a friendly and approachable demeanor, who can make everyone feel at ease from the moment they walk through our doors. Multitasking is also key, as you'll be responsible for managing appointments, answering phone calls, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:
1. Spa industry/ Reception experience of at least 2+ years.

2. Excellent customer service skills and a warm, welcoming personality.

3. Strong organizational abilities to handle scheduling and appointments.

4. Pro Serve certification to serve our guests their favorite drinks responsibly.

5. Attention to detail for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the spa.

6. Great communication skills to handle phone calls and guest inquiries.

7. Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to the spa's overall success.

8. Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

9. Proficiency in computer systems and spa management software.

10. A genuine passion for creating a relaxing and worry-free experience for our guests.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
