Position Summary

The
Wholesale Coordinator
plays a key role in supporting the wholesale sales team and ensuring an exceptional experience for wholesale partners. This position is responsible for smooth order processing, accurate inventory tracking, and clear communication between clients, internal departments, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for wholesale accounts and handle daily inquiries
  • Process wholesale orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all documentation is complete
  • Coordinate directly with warehouse, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability, delays, and backorder updates
  • Prepare sales reports, order summaries, and performance metrics for internal and client review
  • Support the sales team with client relationship management, follow-ups, and account updates
  • Prepare and distribute catalogs, line sheets, product updates, and other wholesale materials
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics to maintain seamless wholesale operations
  • Assist in executing wholesale promotions, seasonal campaigns, and trade shows
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, including pricing, agreements, and historical orders

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in wholesale, retail, account coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with AX Dynamics, NuOrder, or CRM systems is an asset
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bilingual
