The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring the retention of existing customers by following a monthly customer visit schedule. The purpose of these visits is to check the proper functioning of the washing with the equipment installed (dishwashers, pumps, etc.), to check customer inventories, to propose new washing solutions and to maintain excellent relations with customers. He will also be involved in resale activities from the beginning of the process to closing. It will also cultivate new relationships and build on existing ones. This person will work collaboratively with all team members, with the goals of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and the achievement of the company's long-term goals.

**TECHNIQUE**
- Check dishwashers
- Carried out basic repairs during the preventive visit or service call (list of points or other document...)
- Checking dilution systems (mixing stations)
- Carry out a major tune-up occasionally (tubing, wall charts, etc.) approximately every 2 years.
- Participated in the installation of new customers in its territory
- Answer the customer's first service call

**SALES/REPRESENTATION**
- Managed product inventories
- Generate an order based on consumption history
- Offered other products to existing customers.
- Participated in sales/development activities as planned.
