Role Description

The Territory Manager - QC South Shore is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The Territory Manager will regularly analyze market trends, present product solutions, and collaborate with the broader sales team to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales strategy, client relationship management, and business development
  • Strong abilities in market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a dynamic sales environment
  • Demonstrated experience in managing regional territories or accounts
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, data-driven decision making, and reporting
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Prior experience in the automotive or tire industry is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
