  • Answer the phone, schedule and confirm medical appointments, greet patients, receive and communicate messages.
  • Use health software (Accuro) and other computer applications to book appointments or prepare reports, invoices, financial statements, letters, case histories and medical records.
  • Ask patients questions in order to complete intake forms or other documents. Help patients complete health history forms.
  • Operate office equipment, which includes voice mail messaging systems, photocopies, fax machines and scanners.
  • Assist with patient flow by escorting patients to room and ensure they are prepared for the physician.
  • Ensure rooms are clean and stocked with supplies.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 – 18 per week
