Your Role

As Help Desk you are the ultimate LOOP IT Group brand ambassador. You will respond to client inquiries in real time and service them through all touchpoints (toggling between phone, email, and ticketing systems).

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact, you will connect with clients to provide technical assistance for their issues and requests.

Perform remote/onsite troubleshooting and provide solutions based on the issue and details provided by the client.

Direct/escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.

Document all events, actions, interactions, and final resolutions within LOOP IT's ticketing system.

Follow-up with the client to keep them informed, promoting credibility and trust with LOOP IT.

Who You Are

1–5 years of Help Desk/Technical Support experience or other customer support preferred, but recent graduates are welcome.

You possess strong tech industry knowledge (computer systems, mobile devices, and experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues).

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. The ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues is important to the role.

You have a strong ability to communicate and present analysis and resolutions to clients.

Proficiency in English.

Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.

Ability to travel within the GTA Preferred.

Technical Skills Preferred:

Microsoft and Google suite of products (Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Drive)

Networking products (e.g. Fortinet, Unifi, Aruba)

Experience with PSA / RMM tools used by MSPs (e.g. Connectwise, Syncro, Zoho, etc.)

VOIP (e.g. 3CX, FreePBX) is a plus
