Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts to expand the company's client base.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management to inform decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a strong track record of achieving targets in a competitive environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Pipedrive or Salesforce or similar platforms to manage customer data effectively.
  • Solid understanding of business development strategies, including market analysis, strategic planning, and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
