The Opportunity
VistaVu is seeking a seasoned Resource Manager to join our S/4 team. This individual is responsible for planning, allocating, and managing the organization's resources, to ensure projects and operations run smoothly and efficiently. They bridge the gap between project managers and resource availability, ensuring that the right people, with the right skills, are available at the right time.

What will you be doing?
Resource Onboarding, Training & Quality Control
- Creating and monitoring Onboarding plans, ensuring resource expectations are set in tool use, quality expected.
Resource Planning and Allocation:
- Determining resource needs for projects, forecasting future requirements, and assigning resources accordingly.
- Ensuring sufficient resources are available to meet project demands and avoid bottlenecks.
- Working with EX to interview and hire resources as needed.
Monitoring Resource Utilization
- Tracking how resources are being used and identifying potential over or underutilization.
- Working with project managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to coordinate resource needs and availability.
Performance Management
- Monitoring project work and identifying development plans for resources in monthly 1:1 meeting reviews.
- Annual and Semi-Annual performance reviews
Budget Management
- Assisting PMO with Managing and tracking project budgets related to resource costs.
What experience do you need?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate).
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Proven track record in capacity planning, resource management, allocation and planning.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration between resources and project teams.
- Strong understanding of SAP solutions (S/4HANA and ECC) with specific knowledge/expertise in at least one functional area (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
- Experience with SAP Cloud projects/implementations (S/4 HANA Cloud Public or S/4 HANA Cloud Private) would be preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology; certification a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and balance competing demands.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure effective service delivery.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, fostering knowledge sharing and process improvement.
- Customer-focused approach, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention.
