Position:

Permanent Saturdays

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as dental receptionist / administrator
  • Dental receptionist certification preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle phone calls, manage patient inquiries, and schedule appointments.
  • Update and maintain accurate electronic patient records.
  • Process insurance verifications and assist with billing and payments.
  • Provide vital administrative support to the dental team.
  • Keep the front desk area organized and welcoming for patients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency with Tracker and CareCru is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and staff alike.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and patient records efficiently.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools.
