Overview
We are seeking a dedicated experienced and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office settings, with experience in managing front desk operations. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth patient experience and efficient office workflow. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using CLEARDENT
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls and inquiries.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in cleardent.
- Process patient insurance claims and verify eligibility.
- Handle administrative tasks,
- Communicate effectively with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide information about dental services and procedures to patients as needed.
