**Job Title: Experienced Dental Receptionist**

**About Us**:
Metrotown Dental Clinic is a well established and patient focus dental practice providing excellent comprehensive dental care for our patients. We preform all aspects of general dentistry including Invisalign. We are looking for a positive, cheerful team player to join our team as a Dental Receptionist.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations.
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, including updating patient records.
- Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage.
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage correspondence.
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a dental receptionist is preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
- Proficient in CLEARDENT practice management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to patient care.

Expected hours: 32-40 hrs per week
