Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and facilitating the Customs release of inbound shippments timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform billing, data entry tasks to update customer records and manage account information.
  • Process payments.
  • Filing of Customs open and closed files accuratley.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of high school completion with at least two years previous Industry experience or a diploma/certificate of completion from a recognized Freight Logistics Program.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates (English/French) are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
  • Motivated and a self starter that can work with little supervision.
  • Must be computer literate able to work with Windows,Excel and Word programs.
  • A proactive and excellant approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
