We are looking for a dynamic self motivated customer service specialist to join our established and growing company. As the Customer Service Representative for our premium outdoor lighting organization, you will be passionate about ensuring an unparalleled customer experience in the world of mid to high-end outdoor lighting. This role demands a professional with a passion for outdoor lighting solutions, a robust technical background, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to all of our partners.

What you'll be doing

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement

- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed within our CRM

- Perform data entry tasks to input customer information into the system

- Utilize sales techniques to upsell products or services when appropriate

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle difficult conversations with customers in a professional manner

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field

- Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Multilingual abilities are a bonus
