Our professional services' client is looking for a visionary Video Editor who can transform abstract ideas into emotionally resonant visual stories. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and business someone who can make consulting and leadership content not just digestible, but deeply engaging and thought-provoking.
Video Editor Key Responsibilities
- You'll be responsible for crafting videos that bring a human element to complex concepts using stock footage, imagery, and AI-powered tools.
- Your work will help audiences connect with ideas that are often intangible strategy, transformation, leadership by making them feel real, relevant, and inspiring.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content that communicates abstract business concepts in a visually compelling way.
- Curate and integrate stock footage, imagery, and AI-generated visuals to enhance storytelling.
Collaborate with consultants, creatives, and strategists to understand the essence of a message and translate it into visual form.
- Use AI tools to augment creativity whether it's generating visuals, enhancing audio, or streamlining workflows.
- Bring emotion and humanity to business content, making leadership and consulting topics feel personal and impactful.
- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
- Stay current with trends in video editing, AI tools, and visual storytelling.
Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required).
- Mastery of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI tools for video and image generation (Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
- Strong storytelling instincts and a deep understanding of pacing, tone, and emotional resonance.
- Ability to work with abstract ideas and turn them into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience working with stock footage and imagery to create original-feeling content.
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
