**Position Overview**:
We’re hiring a **full-time video editor** to create high-quality, engaging **short-form videos** for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels. You should be confident in crafting trendy, cinematic content with a strong sense of visual rhythm, modern pacing, and story.

**Compensation**:
$15 **per completed video**, with the expectation that each video takes roughly **45 minutes** to complete on average. Some videos may take more, some less — but over time this structure balances fairly. This is **not hourly pay**, but a **project-based system** that rewards efficiency and output.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Professionally edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, as well as static pictures
- Professional, high quality editing - adding captions, transitions, and music to fit viral trends
- Meet video quota per day consistently & adhere to guidelines
- Work with our creative team to **brainstorm new ideas** and bring your **own creative input** to the table
- Occasionally edit cinematic content

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **1-3+ years** of **editing experience** (short-form content required)
- Deep knowledge of viral editing formats, trends, pacing, and hooks
- Comfortable with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or equivalent
- Ability to edit footage from DSLR/mirrorless cameras AND phone footage
- **Strong creative** **instinct** — you know when to cut, when to pause, and how to grab attention in 0.5 seconds
- Able to work independently, but also take feedback and direction well
- Reliable, consistent, and able to meet deadlines without micro-management
- BONUS: Experience with motion graphics, sound design, or storytelling in cinematic edits
