Are you an online personality with a knack for captivating audiences? Are you able to conduct in-depth on-camera interviews with a wide range of guests, helping us create thought-provoking and entertaining content for our audience? If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Interview Preparation**: Research and prepare thoroughly for interviews, understanding the background and expertise of each guest.
- **Interview Execution**: Conduct engaging and insightful interviews with a diverse range of musical guests, including Musical Artist, Instrumentalists, Music Producers, Event Organzier, Music Industry Insiders, and more, ensuring that each interview is engaging and professionally executed.
- **On-Camera Performance**: Present content confidently and authentically, showcasing your unique personality and style.
- **Audience Engagement**: Interact with viewers through comments, live streams, social media, and other channels to build a loyal community.
- **Brand Representation**: Be a positive ambassador for the company, embodying our values and mission in your content and interactions.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with our creative team, videographers, editors, and marketing professionals to ensure the success of video content.
- **Promotion**: Assist in promoting interviews through social media and other marketing channels to maximize reach and viewership.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a College or University Media Production program
- Proven experience as an Online Video Personality or Content Creator with a strong online presence.
- Exceptional on-camera presence, communication skills, and the ability to connect with viewers.
- Strong research and interview preparation skills.
- Creativity and a passion for storytelling.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to meet deadlines.
