If you have a strong understanding of **CapCut**, **Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro,**an eye for clean, educational video editing, and experience managing social media content calendars — we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet virtually to brainstorm and establish content for the month
- Meet 1-2 times per month for **in-person filming sessions** (within Greater Toronto Area / Guelph) at medical spas
- Edit the filmed videos / photos to have them ready to be posted
- Use **CapCut** / **Adobe**to create polished, engaging short-form videos
- Batch and schedule content 1 month in advance for **Instagram** and **TikTok**:

- Write clear, informative, and on-brand **captions** and **hashtags** for each post
- Organize and maintain a monthly **content calendar**:

- Optimize videos for reach and engagement (transitions, subtitles, music, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **CapCut** (REQUIRED)
- Experience with designing graphics preferred
- Experience with video editing, especially **educational or aesthetic content**:

- Understanding of **anatomy overlays** or willingness to learn
- Incorporate graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects to enhance storytelling if required
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok video formats, trends, and scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, etc.)
- Comfortable writing clear, concise **captions** in a medically accurate and approachable tone
- Reliable transportation for monthly filming sessions
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent research skills with the ability to transform complex information into accessible content.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

**Preferred Skills (Not Required)**:

- Background or interest in **medical aesthetics**, dermatology, or anatomy
- Experience in content writing medicine / aesthetics focussed
- Experience working with creators, medical professionals, or clinics
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, Trello, or Google Drive for content organization

**Compensation**:
Hourly or fixed monthly retainer — based on experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
