Job Summary

Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities and Duties

Answer and respond to telephone calls and electronic enquiries

Ensure month end procedures are followed & deadlines met

Maintain positive customer relationships

Prepare daily bank deposit and post to customer accounts

Maintain sample accounts for sales reps

Maintain filing systems

Other related responsibilities and duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum one year's related experience

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Good verbal and written English skills

Excellent telephone manners

Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities

Bilingual capacity in French would be considered an asset

A diploma in account would be considered an asset
