The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.
What does a Customer Care Representative do?
Enter the role of a Customer Care Representative, where your main responsibility is to create frictionless customer experiences. As the frontline liaison, you'll be handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing reliable assistance. Your effective communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of the Swish's products will be key assets.
More specific responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, acting as the first point of contact for any customer service needsAccurately take customer orders by email or telephone in an efficient mannerAssist customers with online orders or questions related to Swish's website Proactively engage customers by reaching out to discuss and understand their business needs, encouraging additions to existing orders, and sharing information about new productsDevelop an extensive knowledge of Swish's products and services in order to assist customers with best-in-class cleaning solutions When necessary, handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions or alternatives with realistic timelines and following up to ensure resolution was achievedEnsure mailed orders are shipped promptly with accurate record keeping of invoices and PO #sComplete invoicing, billing, and reportingUtilize ERP and CRM platforms with confidenceCommunicate with various teams and branches to obtain stock to fill backordersRespond to and direct equipment service calls and provide timely updates to customers on the status of repairsAssist as needed in the day-to-day operations of Swish's retail store by serving customers, invoicing orders, and retail merchandisingWhat do you need?
High School diploma1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing role. Sales experience is considered an assetBasic customer service skills to confidently and accurately address customers' needsOrganizational and multitasking skillsStrong computer and technical skills including experience with MS ExcelExperience with a CRM and other sales technologies is considered an asseteCommerce experience considered an asset Attention to detail to accurately process invoices and reportingProfessional demeanor and telephone etiquetteFrench/English Bilingualism would be an assetWhen you join Swish, you can expect:
