Overview

We have built the best dealership, now we are building the best team. The O'Neill Automotive Group is looking for an individual who is career driven and ambitious for the position of Account Receivable Administrative Assistant at our flagship dealership in Mount Pearl.

Responsibilities

  • Account Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Assist Accounting team with month-end procedures
  • Posting factory invoices
  • Reconciling and posting motor vehicle registration payments
  • Administrative filing and scanning duties within the office
  • Procurement of office supplies and coffee
  • Receiving and distribution of daily mail
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an accounting assistant or in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of PBS is considered an asset
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to acquire a clean criminal record check and drivers abstract
