We're Hiring: Accounts Receivable Clerk (Full-Time, Year-Round) Location: Brandon, MB | Reports to: General Manager Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to make a difference in a dynamic team environment? Our company is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to ensure financial accuracy and support business growth through the efficient management of customer payments and reporting.
Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable & Transactions
  • Accurately record and maintain all receivable transactions
  • Generate and issue customer invoices in a timely manner
  • Manage intercompany and bank deposit processes
  • Perform weekly reconciliation of tills and apply payments correctly
  • Oversee pre-authorized monthly payments and collections

Collections & Customer Relations
  • Conduct professional collection calls to ensure timely payments
  • Resolve customer inquiries with a focus on service excellence
  • Monitor overdue accounts and implement follow-up strategies

Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports with full accuracy
  • Support bid-bonding, job-on-hand, and year-end financial reporting
  • Calculate monthly indirect labour burden precisely

General Duties
  • Assist with accounting software installations and upgrades
  • Participate in contract preparation and seasonal business planning
  • Document and maintain efficient workflow procedures
