What You'll Be Responsible For

As a key partner to our senior leadership and hiring teams, you'll:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from posting to offer—while delivering a standout candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and forecast hiring goals
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
  • Stay on top of recruiting trends and bring forward innovative hiring practices
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve results

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 12–18 months, you'll be:

  • Driving recruitment strategies that reduce time-to-hire without compromising candidate quality
  • Building trusted partnerships with hiring managers across the business
  • Creating and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
  • Using recruitment analytics to continuously refine and improve the hiring process

What We're Looking For

  • Recruitment Experience: Proven track record in full-cycle, in-house recruitment, with experience building pipelines and running successful hiring campaigns
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with ATS/HRIS systems, sourcing tools, and Google Suite; able to use data to inform and improve hiring decisions
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; able to partner effectively with leaders and manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resilient—able to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment

What's In It for YOU?

We know that when you grow, we grow. That's why we offer more than just a job, we offer a launchpad for your career:

  • Real impact: help expand critical infrastructure that connects communities across Canada
  • Career growth: move from field specialist to project specialist
  • Hybrid work model: flexibility to work remotely, in-office, and on-site as needed
  • Competitive compensation: including performance incentives
  • Comprehensive benefits: extended health benefits (dental & HSA), RRSP matching, cellphone allowance, learning budget, and wellness support
  • Learning support: access to certifications, training, and a team that invests in your development
