Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada Talent Harbour Full time $120,000 - $200,000 per year

Burnaby, BC (On-site, 5 days/week — relocating to Port Moody / Tri-Cities)

Full-Time | Senior Leadership Role

Are you the operator who can turn vision into execution?

Talent Harbour is scaling fast — both organically and through acquisitions across Canada and into the U.S. We're looking for a
Director of Service Delivery
to take full ownership of our client delivery and internal execution.

Note:
While this role is scoped as
Director of Service Delivery
, we are open to considering a
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
title for the right candidate with proven experience at scale. Compensation will reflect the level of expertise and impact you bring.

This isn't a coordinator role. You'll be the one leading our delivery engine — ensuring every client program runs at a high standard, every consultant is in the right seat, and every system is built to scale.

If you've led teams, built processes, and know how to drive results through clarity, accountability, and leadership — this is the role where you can make your mark.

About Us

Talent Harbour is a full-service talent management firm. We help companies:

  • Hire A-players through executive search and recruiting
  • Elevate leaders through coaching and leadership development
  • Navigate change with career transition and outplacement services
  • Solve complex people challenges with practical, real-world solutions

We're part of a business consulting and investment platform led by
award-winning Canadian entrepreneurs
who have built some of the fastest-growing companies in the country.

We're in rapid growth mode — expanding through acquisitions and building a national platform. Behind us is a consulting division that helps businesses grow, scale, and succeed with the right
people, systems, and technology
.

This means big upside for the right person: you'll join at a pivotal stage, helping to integrate new companies, scale our services, and build a platform that lasts.

What You'll Own (at a glance)

  1. Culture & Leadership
  2. People & Talent
  3. Service Delivery
  4. Performance & KPIs
  5. Sales Process & Growth
  6. Systems & Scale
  7. Client Success
  8. M&A Integration

What You'll Own

  • Lead and oversee all
    service delivery
across leadership development, coaching, career transition, and recruiting
  • Ensure the right consultants, coaches, and recruiters are assigned to the right clients and programs
  • Hire, manage, and develop in-house operations and support staff
  • Recruit and onboard new consultants (career coaches, recruiters, leadership coaches) as we expand
  • Implement
    KPIs, scorecards, and best practices
to hold the team accountable and drive performance
  • Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and build repeatable systems for scale
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales and account management to ensure client success
  • Lead
    integration of acquisitions
    and expansion into new markets
  • Build and protect a culture of
    excellence, ownership, and accountability

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record leading delivery, service, or operations teams in a
professional services firm, investment firm, recruiting/coaching business, tech company, or other service-based organization
  • Strong
    leadership and people skills
    — you know how to hold teams accountable while bringing out their best
  • Integrator mindset
    — able to take a founder's big vision and turn it into executable systems, processes, and outcomes
  • Systems-minded — you've built structure from the ground up and can turn chaos into clarity
  • Obsessed with
    KPI-driven performance
    and continuous improvement
  • Experience with scaling frameworks (EOS, Scaling Up, or similar) in a high-growth environment is a major plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability culture

Compensation

  • Base Salary:
    $100,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus:
Performance-based, tied to client outcomes and team results
  • Total Potential:
    $140,000 – $200,000+ for high performers
  • For candidates at the
    COO level
, compensation will reflect senior experience and expanded responsibility

Location

  • In-office (5 days/week) – Burnaby, BC
  • Office relocating to Port Moody / Tri-Cities in near future

Why This Role Matters

We have a
big vision
— scaling Talent Harbour into a national platform with impact across Canada and beyond. To get there, we need a
strong integrator
: someone who can take that vision and make it real through leadership, systems, and flawless execution.

You won't just manage processes — you'll
own the engine room
of the business, driving service delivery, team performance, and scalable systems that fuel our growth.
