We are a growing building materials wholesale business serving both B2B and B2C clients, offering a wide range of kitchen and renovation products. We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team. This role combines both design and sales responsibilities. The successful candidate will:
- Meet with clients (in-person or online) to understand their needs, style preferences, and budget.
- Create and present 2D/3D kitchen design proposals using design software such as 2020 Design, SketchUp, or AutoCAD.
- Recommend cabinetry, finishes, and layouts tailored to client requirements.
- Provide accurate quotations and product information.
- Guide clients through the decision-making process and close sales..
- Work collaboratively with the installation and operations team to ensure client satisfaction from concept to completion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in kitchen design, cabinetry sales, or related fields.
- Proficiency with 2020 Design or similar interior design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD).
- Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin language skills an asset).
- Proven sales experience with the ability to convert leads into contracts.
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Wage Rate:
$20–$24/hour base salary + commission, depending on experience.
Location:
Markham, ON L3R 3J7 and Windsor, ON N8X 1T3
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
