Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiting Assistant to join Activ8 Texas Office in Dallas, TX. This role is vital in supporting our staffing efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination to ensure we meet our clients' needs efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates to match client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system.
  • Support the recruitment team in developing talent pipelines.
  • Conduct research to identify potential candidates through social media and other channels.
  • Contribute to maintaining positive relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Support special recruitment activities as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or attending Bachelor Degree program. Entry level and currect student are welcome.
  • Strong interest in recruiting or intentional business operations
  • Previous office or admin experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to perform online searches and organize data effectively
  • Comfort making phone calls and handling repetitive tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and organized
  • Bilingual skills (Japanese/English or Korean/English) are a plus
  • General familiarity with Japanese or Korean business culture is helpful
  • Candidates seeking highly specialized or advocacy-based roles may not find this position aligned with their goals
