Overview Manager of Recruitment, Finance & Accounting – Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 2–3 days/week in office). The Role We are seeking a motivated Manager of Recruitment with a focus on Finance & Accounting placements to join our Toronto team. This is a hybrid role with 2–3 days per week in the office. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates into roles with our clients. You’ll work closely with both candidates and hiring managers, guiding the process from start to finish and ensuring an excellent experience for all. Responsibilities Proactively sourcing and identifying top finance and accounting talent through various channels. Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients. Conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and preparing candidate profiles. Managing the hiring process from initial outreach to successful placement. Partnering with team members to share market insights and recruiting strategies. Qualifications Professional experience in finance and/or accounting (industry experience is strongly preferred; prior recruiting experience is not required). Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn CRM is an asset. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
