**Position Summary**: Dr. Phone Fix is seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals with strong technical skills to join our team as Electronics Technicians. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing smartphones, tablets, and laptops using industry-leading tools and processes. You will also offer our complete range of services, from repairs to selling pre-owned devices, and help customers with wireless solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a keen interest in technology, troubleshooting, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, and laptops.
- Provide customers with repair estimates and explain technical issues in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- Offer complete solutions, including accessories, pre-owned devices, and wireless services (e.g., cell phone plans).
- Greet customers and answer phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Maintain an accurate record of customer information and repair status using our Point of Sale system.
- Manage inventory, receive and organize stock in line with company procedures.
- Perform opening and closing duties, as well as regular cleaning and upkeep of the store.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong technical aptitude and/or previous experience in electronics repair.
- Proficiency with Android and Apple operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of both hardware and software functionality in smartphones and tablets.
- Self-motivated, sales-driven, and able to connect with and influence customers.
- Honest, transparent, and trustworthy with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well in a small, collaborative team environment.
- Flexible availability for retail hours, including weekends.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience (required).

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Competitive hourly wage of $19.00 - $24.00, with commission and bonus potential.

**Schedule**:

- 8-hour shifts.
- Monday to Friday with weekend availability required.

**Expected Start Date**: January 31, 2025

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
