We work closely with Hope for the Day to design, produce, and activate events across gaming, esports, and creator communities that raise awareness, funds, and meaningful engagement around mental health.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with event partners
  • Work with creators and collaborators to shape event concepts aligned with Hope for the Day's mission

Sponsorship and Activations

  • Identify potential sponsors and partners aligned with Hope for the Day events
  • Send sponsorship decks and manage follow-ups with potential partners
  • Coordinate sponsor deliverables, integrations, and activations
  • Ensure sponsor commitments are fulfilled accurately and professionally

Operational Coordination

  • Work closely with the Senior Account Manager to align events with overall charity strategy
  • Track event progress, timelines, and outcomes
  • Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
  • Assist with post-event reporting, debriefs, and documentation

Qualifications

  • Confident communicator with creators, partners, and sponsors
  • Self-starter able to take ownership from idea through execution
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-moving environment
  • Passion for events, community-building, and charity-driven work
  • Familiarity with gaming, esports, or the creator economy

Required Experience

  • Experience managing events, activations, or campaigns
  • Experience working with partners, sponsors, or external stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating multiple moving parts across timelines and teams

Experience (Assets)

  • Experience working with charities or nonprofit organisations
  • Experience in gaming, esports, or creator-led events
  • Experience building partnerships or sponsorships
  • Experience managing budgets or event reporting

What We Offer

  • Fully remote working
  • 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
  • Opportunity to play a key role in scaling charity-driven events with real-world impact
