**Job Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our growing team at The Event Design Co.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate effectively with couples and vendors to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring all expectations are met.
- Provide outstanding customer service during weddings, addressing guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Support the set up of event spaces in terms of styling personal decor items.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed under the direction of the lead planner.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the company at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience with events or weddings is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and guests.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proven time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances during events.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $250.00 per day

Schedule:

- Weekends only
