  • Prepare surfaces for painting and powder coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, blasting)
  • Apply powder coating and/or spray paint using proper techniques
  • Operate powder coating guns, spray booths, and curing ovens
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality, thickness, and finish standards
  • Mix paints and coatings as required
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow safety procedures and company standards
  • Perform minor equipment maintenance as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in spray painting or powder coating (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Knowledge of powder coating processes and materials
  • Ability to read work orders and follow instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift materials
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
