Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team. The Powder Coater will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts using a variety of tools and techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

**Requirements**:

- Experience with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to fabricate, weld, and operate a forklift
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of machining processes is a plus
- Experience with cranes is beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:
