Join our team at Vision Sports Centre

We're hiring STEM Tutors/Teachers for our Flex Care Youth Ecosystem, a one-of-a-kind program that blends STEM-in-sports, physical activity, nutrition basics, and life skills to help youth ages 6–16 grow in mind and body.

What You'll Do

  • Lead fun, hands-on STEM activities connected to sports and movement
  • Teach small groups of youth rotating through the program
  • Bring concepts like physics, reaction time, heart-rate science, and sports data to life
  • Work with Game Coordinators and Coaches to keep groups organized and engaged
  • Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
  • Participate in PD day programs, school break camps, theme days, and summer sessions

What You Bring

  • Background in Education, Science, Kinesiology, Engineering, Technology, or similar
  • Experience teaching or tutoring youth (camps, schools, after-school programs, etc.)
  • Creative, enthusiastic teaching style with strong communication skills
  • Ability to simplify STEM concepts for different age groups
  • Must complete:
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Vulnerable Sector Check
  • First Aid/CPR
  • Child Protection training (provided)
