Code Ninjas is one of the country's fastest-growing kids' coding franchises. Kids learn to code at our center by creating their own video games, developing essential problem-solving, critical thinking, and STEM skills in a fun and supportive environment. Kids love coming to Code Ninjas, and parents love watching their children build confidence and skills in coding, logic, and math, advancing through a belt system from white to black belt.

**Who We’re Looking For**
We’re seeking a passionate **Coding Instructor (Code Sensei)** to join our energetic and forward-thinking team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the learning experience at our center, creating a fun and safe environment where kids can thrive.

**Responsibilities**
- Teach computer programming, robotics, and STEM-related skills to children
- Engage students in fun, hands-on coding and tech projects
- Foster a positive, welcoming, and safe learning environment
- Assess student skill levels and tailor instruction accordingly
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized dojo (learning space) throughout the day
- Provide daily updates to the management team on student progress, dojo activities, and overall productivity

**Qualifications**
- Experience working with children aged 5 and up (e.g., coaching, mentoring, tutoring)
- Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Solid understanding of coding concepts and technology
- Interest or experience in robotics and emerging tech
- Energetic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excited to learn new technologies and help students grow
- Self-motivated and passionate about teaching

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
