Join the Flex Care Youth Ecosystem at Vision Sports Centre and help lead Calgary's most innovative youth development program

We serve over 300,000 local residents annually, and our youth programs combine sports, STEM, life skills, nutrition, and mental wellness.

We are hiring Game Coordinators to supervise small groups of youth (ages 6–16) as they rotate between coaches, trainers, and learning zones throughout the day.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and supervise a group of ~20 youth through sports, STEM, tutoring, and learning rotations
  • Keep the group safe, on schedule, and engaged
  • Support trainers, instructors, and staff in program delivery
  • Model positive behaviour, sportsmanship, and teamwork
  • Assist with equipment setup, transitions, and tracking attendance
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive environment following all child protection and facility policies

What You Bring

  • Experience working with children or youth (camps, recreation, coaching, teaching assistant roles, etc.)
  • Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic personality
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to stay organized while moving through a busy facility
  • Must complete:
  • Criminal Record Check + Vulnerable Sector Check
  • First Aid/CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • Child Protection Code of Conduct training (provided)
