Description
This is a full-time Salesperson role based in Scarborough, ON. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner to identify their vehicle needs, providing detailed product information, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Daily tasks include replying to sales leads, answering sales calls, keeping good knowledge of inventory, building lasting customer relationships and achieving individual and team sales targets while ensuring complete customer satisfaction at every step of the sales process.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Knowledge of automotive products, inventory, and financing solutions.
- Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
- Proficiency in using computers, sales management tools and technology, including CRM software
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably at a Ford Lincoln dealership will be an asset.
- OMVIC CERTIFICATION and high school graduate.
