Duties

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and confidently
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize sales potential
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of current promotions, product updates, and company policies
  • Keep the sales floor organized, tidy, and stocked to ensure a welcoming environment for customers
  • Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help customers find solutions that meet their needs
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a lively retail setting
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
  • Willingness to learn about products, services, and company procedures quickly

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Customer service experience in retail or related fields
  • Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
