**Duties**
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and confidently
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize sales potential
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current promotions, product updates, and company policies
- Keep the sales floor organized, tidy, and stocked to ensure a welcoming environment for customers
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
- Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help customers find solutions that meet their needs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a lively retail setting
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
- Willingness to learn about products, services, and company procedures quickly
