Automotive Salesperson

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
- Provide sales support by assisting customers with test drives, vehicle selection, and financing options
- Showcase vehicles to customers and explain features and benefits
- Negotiate prices and finalize sales transactions
- Upsell additional products or services
- Provide sales support throughout the buying process
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or retail sales
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in basic math for pricing and financial transactions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Dealership: 1 year (preferred)

**Licence/Certification**:

- OMVIC (required)

Pay: $34,458.47-$100,414.24 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
