The Opportunity

We're seeking a
Head of Operations
to lead and elevate company-wide operations — with a strong focus on
healthcare delivery, operational excellence, and scalability
.

This role is ideal for an operations leader experienced in
healthcare, digital health, or clinical administration
who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with the leadership team to optimize workflows, strengthen compliance, and build systems that enable growth.

What You'll Do

Operational Leadership

• Lead daily operations across patient care, administrative, and support teams.
• Design and implement streamlined processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Translate strategic goals into operational plans with measurable outcomes.

Process Optimization & Scalability

• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements across departments.
• Use data and technology to enhance operational efficiency and the patient journey.
• Build scalable systems to support national expansion and cross-functional collaboration.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to healthcare and privacy regulations (PHIPA, HIPAA, CPSO standards).
• Lead internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain rigorous operational and data security standards.

Leadership & Culture

• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary operations team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance development of operational staff.

Vendor & Budget Management

• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and operational budgets.
• Ensure resources are allocated efficiently and align with company objectives.

What You Bring

• 7–10+ years of experience in
  healthcare operations leadership
  (medical practice, digital health, or healthtech).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, clinical workflows, and patient care operations.
• Analytical, data-driven, and process-focused mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in telehealth, startup, or high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with SOC2, ISO27001, or similar compliance frameworks.
• Background in both strategic operations and hands-on implementation.
