About Happy Kingdom

Happy Kingdom is a family entertainment centre offering arcade games, kids attractions, snacks & drinks, and party services. We are excited to open a brand-new location at 4466 Sheppard Ave East and are now hiring friendly, responsible, and energetic team members to join our customer service team.

Position Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Associates who may work as cashiers, front counter staff, or playground/game area attendants. You will be the first point of contact for families and children, ensuring a safe, fun, and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
  • Operate POS system, process payments, load game cards
  • Assist children and parents with arcade games / playground activities
  • Monitor playground safety and enforce rules
  • Answer customer questions regarding pricing, promotions, and party services
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining, game, and play areas
  • Handle basic customer issues with patience and professionalism
  • Support daily store operations as assigned

Requirements

  • Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
  • Enjoy working with children and families
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Customer service or cashier experience is an asset but not required
  • Mandarin/Cantonese is helpful but not required
