Join Our Mission to Make a Difference at ABC Head Start Society

At ABC Head Start Society, we're on a mission to raise families out of poverty and help children harness their superpowers, conquer hardships, and live their best lives. We envision a world where every child has equal access to a full and successful life, and we're looking for passionate, caring, and driven individuals to join us on this journey.

As a
Speech-Language Pathologist,
you'll play a vital role in fostering communication success for students through a consultative approach. Rather than providing direct one-to-one therapy, you will collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design strategies and supports that integrate seamlessly into classroom and home environments. Your expertise will guide interventions for a range of needs, including speech and language delays/disorders, swallowing and feeding concerns, cognitive-communication challenges, and pre-literacy/literacy development.

You will also conduct comprehensive assessments for new students applying to the program to determine eligibility and inform individualized support plans. This position includes maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to team-based problem-solving to promote student success.

We value continuous learning and offer opportunities for professional development, collaboration, and leadership within a supportive team environment. If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact through innovative, consultative practices, we'd love to hear from you
