Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions in line with Interio's offerings. Key responsibilities include providing sales consulting services, ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and effectively communicating project details. The role requires a proactive individual who can consult on project feasibility and ensure alignment with client objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales Consulting, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals
- Strong Customer Satisfaction focus and Customer Service skills to build trust and rapport
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in Consulting, with the ability to provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in the interior design or home renovation sector is a plus
- Knowledge of high-end or custom interior projects is advantageous
