**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist customers in the selection of products and services that best meet their requirements.
- Maintain an organized sales environment, ensuring all products are displayed effectively.
- Provide sales support by processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize strong math skills to assist customers with pricing and financing options.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential buyers.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**Experience**
- Post secondary education.
- Valid OMVIC and Driver's licenses.
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Three plus previous experience in a dealership setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services.

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
