About The Role
Reporting to a Operations Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting Project Managers and Superintendents in the coordination, scheduling, reporting, and quality control functions on construction projects within our Calgary team.

As a Project Coordinator At Graham, You Will

• Update schedules and budgets, maintain cost control, and monitor labor material and equipment activities on the project
• Work with Project Managers and Superintendent to update project schedule and budget to identify potential construction issues
• Assist with the review, coordination, and implementation of the project-specific safety plan
• Attend all project team meetings, record meeting minutes, action items, and present updates
• Monitor project change management process, identifying change events, submitting change notices, and tracking changes
• Assist with drawings, drawing records, revisions, site instructions and change orders
• Obtain and provide written documentation for all clarifications and instructions
• Support Project Manager and Superintendent with creating templates and supporting documents on behalf of project team regarding roles and responsibilities
• Assist in gathering data required for input of regular status reports for company executives and project steering committees
• Monitor cost accruals and reviews on a regular basis
• Assist and monitor payroll functions to ensure the project team is using proper codes and cost allocation
• Build effective relationships with customers, design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups
• Review the Field Surveillance Reports and initiate NCRs based on analysis and severity of findings
• Maintain safety and QA/QC records
• Ensure responsibility for own health and safety, and that of other workers, visitors to the site(s), the community, and the environment in line with client requirements, Occupational Health and Safety regulations, and all applicable government laws and regulations

Qualifications/ Experience

• Completion of a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1-5 years of Project Coordination experience on Buildings projects with a General Contractor
• Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Primavera, Bluebeam or BIM modelling are assets
